
I’ve been doing kickboxing for just over seven years. And from the beginning, I had no interest in competing–I was only doing it for self-defense and fitness. But even though, I sometimes had to fight with myself in order to get moitvated to go to the gym. Hopefully, I can return to the gym after the pandemic is over so that I can learn more techniques and methods to improve my skills. Until then, I will continue training with sandbag at my studio. Kickboxing is a fun way to stay motivated to exercise and to push myself to be better.
