I’ve been attending a law seminar these past few years and I noticed I need to update my business contracts according to the Japanese civil law that will change in April this year. I went to see a lawyer earlier today to get some professional advice. This was a great opportunity because he made me realize that I needed to change and organize my current system. I was a kind of surprised to learn about the different aspects and characteristics between the digital contract and the physical contract. I think business contracts are important because they help not only you, but your client’s business assets. It’s always good to learn from the experts.
