
Getting back into kickboxing training after 4 months off. I was wondering how do I start training again. What I did today was just start slowly with some breaks. Warm up, couple of shadow boxing, bag work, and mitt work. At the same time, I was terrified to step on the scale these weeks, but amazingly was down. Maybe I lost some muscle as well. My fitness has gone 10 steps backwards now, but I’ll keep the long-term goal in my mind to get back to my full potential.
