Every day is a new opportunity to learn new wine. We are in Akasaka area to have casual French dinner. Here is my favorite Vin Nature from of all times. Sebastien Riffault’a wine would be unique and amazing as always. Chef always tries new things and those are just irresistible. Fruits salad matches with wine as well. First time trying Tarte flambée. Now we need another bottle of wine. Making me wanna visit there sometime in the future.
