The weather was gorgeous, so we drove up to the east area and had lunch at a hotel. Since I’m gluten-free, it’s sometimes hard to find suitable options, but this restaurant was thoughtful and accommodating. Also, I’ve been able to enjoy a little dessert these past few months, which makes me happy.
